Andre - I am so happy to see you smile! Though I didn't see the actual accident happen, I was the first car eastbound on the scene, and after another man ripped the door off your car, I helped your dad carry you to the curb. Not knowing what else to do, I took off my shirt and held it against your face and comforted your Dad until the first paramedic arrived, urging you to hold on. I cried all the way home that night, and for several nights after, not knowing who you were or how you were. I have 3 small children of my own so I know that you will heal quickly. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not thinking about you, and I wish you a full recovery.

I hope you get well as soon as possible. I am very glad that your recovery seems to be going well! I'm sure you and your family are happy your going home. I'm looking forward to seeing you in school!
