On June 29th, the Manganaro family suffered a terrible tragedy.  Michael was picking up his 10 year old son Andre from camp, when they were struck by an out of control car in Stow.  After being Life-Flighted to the UMASS Medical Center, where it was determined that Andre had suffered severe head injuries.  He was put in a medically induced coma for 3 weeks, and is now in Spaulding Rehabilitation center with a very long road ahead of him.

The medical bills are mounting, the income is not there, and the everyday expense of traveling to Boston, not to mention keeping the other children’s needs met is the reason why they need your help.

Friends, Family & Co-Workers have banded together and created "A Day 4 Andre" as a event to celebrate the strength of the Manganaro Family and raise money to assist them in their time of need.

Michael & Joanne are the parents of five children ranging in age of 2 to16.  Michael's a self employed Realtor, with an additional night job to keep ahead of the bills.  Now, he has been out of work for several weeks and will be for many months to come, as he and his wife Joanne will be spending their time with Andre 24/7 at the rehab center to support him as he learns to speak and walk and do all of the things a 10 year old boy should be able to do.
